I don’t know about you, but for me- Good Food is always wrapped-up in my BEST memories- And 2010 has been no different. Every place I’ve gone this year has always included good meals- based on a Restaurant recommendation- Either by the family member or friend accompanying me, by A Hotel Employee, or even by the crowded, long, line in front of the restaurant.

So here are my 2010 Meals in Review! From Sierra Leone to Paris to Cali… here are some good places you can check out! And Let Me Know Your Best Restaurant Experiences of this year? ~ 2010 is not over yet- There’s still time for me to go too and Report back!!

Started the year off with a Home-Cooked Brunch (Or should I say dinner because we didn’t eat until 4:25pm)… Me and my girlfriends did our thing though- Everything was on Point!

Dinner @Indochine – a Chinese Restaurant (Freetown, Sierra Leone) Everything was delicious… and it included that extra African spice!

Amazing- Huge Salmon Salad @Chez Michel (Montmartre, Paris)

Garlic Bread French Style @Chez Michel (Montmartre, Paris)

Tart de Pomme – Best Desert Ever!!- No really EVER!!… I’ve been trying to recreate this experience ever since @Au Baroudeur (Gare du Nord, Paris) – I would totally recommend this restaurant. It’s 24 hours, great service (which was hard to find in Paris most of the time), great wine, and this desert!
A Veal dish that was good- but not very memorable- but it was Cheap, which makes everything taste better! @Au Baroudeur (Gare du Nord, Paris)
Crêpes! @A Street Vender near the Eiffel Tower (Paris)
Loved the small cups the coffee came in… got this during a Brunch @Le Magenta(Boulevard Magenta, Paris)

Fish-N-Chips @A restaurant in Heathrow Airport (London) I’d heard from family that I shouldn’t believe the hype about this famous London Dish, but I couldn’t leave London without having it… I spent my

last Pounds buying this meal. It was ookk- I had to use up the lemon and pepper to give it more flavor.

Chicken-N-Waffles with Mac-n-Cheese @Glades Knight’s Chicken-N-Waffles (Atlanta, GA)- My first time having that Southern combo- and it was really good!
Hibachi Shrimp @Benihana (Midtown, NYC)

Hibachi Rice @Benihana (Midtown, NYC) – You go for the experience, and come back for the food. Everything was delicious!!
Ethiopian Food- Meats and Vegetable Platter @Massawa (Harlem, NYC) I’m always very satisfied after leaving Massawa- it has never disappointed me- food wise! (Which helps you over look minor service issues)
Nutella Chocolate Cake – Heaven! @Max Cafe (Harlem, NYC)
One of my favorite things in the world- Chicken Pad Thai @Royal Thai Cuisine (Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego, CA)
Got to get the Thai Ice Tea when you do Thai :) @Royal Thai Cuisine (Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego, CA)
Awesome Burger!! @Nicky Rottens (Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego, CA)
Amazing Omelette- Huge, stuffed with everything you’d want at breakfast, and sooo filling! @Richard Walker’s Pancake House (Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego, CA)
We knew this place was good when we saw a line down the block for it! @Richard Walker’s Pancake House(Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego, CA)

Self-Cooking Korean Barbeque @Yi HwaRo (KoreaTown, Los Angeles, CA)- We were confused at first when they brought us raw meat, but we soon got the hang of it… Great experience!
(Boulevard Magenta, Paris)

Indochine looked gooooooooooooood and the Injera, OMG I'm salivating. If you are ever in DC. An American classic "Ray Hell Burgers or Ray's the Steak" Obama and the White house staff can vouch for Ray's and Sumah's on 7th street for some good ol SaLone cookery.
